Returns Window
You may return any new, unused item purchased from Nate & Elise within 60 days from the date of delivery. Our goal: you shop with confidence, try your gear, and if it’s not the right fit, we’ll make it right.
- 2. Condition of Return

Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, un-drilled (for bowling balls), unworn (for shoes), with original packaging and all tags attached.

Items that show signs of use (e.g., shoes worn on the lanes, bags used, drilled balls) may not be eligible for return or full refund. For example: “Drilled bowling balls are not eligible for returns or exchanges.”

For bowling shoes: please try them on a clean, dry surface. If worn on the lanes or outside, they may forfeit the “new” status and hamper eligibility.
3. Return Shipping

For U.S. customers: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience—you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost when the return is made under policy. Please pack the item securely in protective packaging (preferably the original box) to avoid damage during return transit.

For orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories (outside 48 contiguous states), special shipping/return freight conditions may apply—please contact us in advance.
4. Refunds vs Exchanges

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or handle your exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Exchanges: If you’d rather exchange the item (e.g., for a different size, color or weight), please indicate in the return form. We will process the exchange promptly. For non-defective items, shipping costs for the exchange are covered similarly to returns.
5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of both the item and the packaging. This helps us assess and expedite your remedy. (

For valid defects: we will ship a replacement at no cost to you or offer a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Custom-modified items (e.g., drilled balls, personalized items) may be subject to different rules—please check or contact us prior to purchase if concerned.
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Items that have been drilled (for bowling balls) or otherwise customized may not be eligible for standard returns. For example: “Drilled balls are not eligible for refund/exchange.”

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or missing original packaging may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Shipping costs associated with the original order (unless otherwise stated) may not be refunded.

Once approved, refunds are processed and posted to your original payment method. The exact time may vary depending on your financial institution (typically 2-10 business days).
