Shipping policy
1. Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders (48 contiguous states). Whether you’re picking up a new ball, bag, or apparel from Nate & Elise, shipping is on us—no minimum purchase required.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM ET will typically be processed the same day if the item is in stock.

Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Once processed, standard shipping transit times typically range from 2–5 business days (depending on your location).

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO) will still enjoy free shipping but transit times may be a bit longer.
3. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) for delivery of all orders. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Order Changes / Shipping Delays
If you need to modify your shipping address or change a shipping method, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed for shipment it may not be possible to make changes.
Occasionally, stock or carrier delays may affect shipping times. In such cases, we will notify you via email with updated information.
5. Shipping to International Addresses
Currently, Nate & Elise ships within the U.S. only. We are working on expanding to international shipping—stay tuned for updates!
6. Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges. Please refer to our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy for detailed instructions.
